Night Market St pete

Vendor Terms and Conditions

 

Future Night Markets are announced approx. 2 weeks after the last completed one via the St. Pete Side Lot Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/stpetesidelot/. Once it is announced, send us an email to ronnie@cheersevents.com with any links or pics of what you plan on selling or promoting. Upon approval, we will send you a payment link. 


Disclaimer: Admission to the event will be considered on a first come, first served basis only after the event is announced and upon payment and approval from the St. Pete Side Lot. We do not provide a waiting list or early registration.


Vendors are not required to have a Canopy tent, but if so, participating vendors are asked to provide a 10ft x 10ft canopy or tent with ample weight at each corner (10-15 lbs) to stabilize in case of wind. Vendors must also provide ample anchoring of merchandise should windy conditions arise. St. Pete Side Lot is not responsible of any damage caused by weather, such as wind or rain. 


St. Pete Side Lot will provide (1) 10ft x 10ft space with access to electrical power for $75 plus 7% State Sales Tax. If a vendor needs more than the allotted 10ft x 10ft space, then an extra vendor fee of $75 will be required for each additional 10ft x 10ft space. Each Vendor is responsible for lighting up their booth as needed. Side Lot St. Pete will provide area lighting for the public access areas.


Set up time will be from 1pm - 5pm on the day of the event. Vendors are asked to be ready for customers at 6pm. All vehicles must leave event space by 5pm. Placement of Vendors will be decided during the set up by St. Pete Side Lot. Vendors must check in the the St. Pete Side Lot representative upon arrival.


Vendors are responsible for sales tax and other permits/licenses needed to sell retail products.


Cancellation Policy: The participation fee of $75 will be non refundable to participants for any cancellation from the Vendor after registration has been verified. If a vendor is a no show day of the event, the participation fee will be non refundable. If St. Pete Side Lot cancels the event, then the participation fee of $75 would be returned to the vendor. There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks.


It is your responsibility to read and understand what is outlined in this document for vendors participating in this St. Pete Side Lot event. By providing payment, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the St Pete Side Lot.
